Manual toots from the instance's fediverse account

Hi, this is not an issue, but a question. Besides the automatic toot with every event publication, is there any way admins (and perhaps moderators too) could manually toot some text from that Fediverse account? If so, how? If not possible, maybe this could be solved through [issue #476](https://framagit.org/les/gancio/-/issues/476) Thank you
